About Our Returns Policies
Al Apodeixi offer returns for most items within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
shop.apodeixi.ae Return Policy
Items shipped from shop.apodeixi.ae can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Returns will be processed only if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
- The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)
After the courier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return including Marketplace Seller returns. After the return is processed, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.
Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event a damaged, defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage to, or defect in, the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement. We reserve the right to collect or inspect the product to ascertain the damage to, or defect in, the product prior to issuing the refund/replacement.
Items may be eligible for replacement only. If the exact same product is not in stock following a replacement request, a refund may be issued.
Note: In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Al Apodeixi reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
Note: We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from Al Apodexi. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and your actions may result in restrictions on your Al Apodexi account including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or Al Apodexi account closure. Any such item which you send or return to Al Apodexi cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you. We can only process a return in respect of correct items which are returned in accordance with our policies.
Refunds
When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.
Where's My Refund?
After the courier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your original payment method.
If your refund status is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, you can contact us for further assistance.
If your refund status shows as refunded in Your Account, and the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.
How Refunds Are Issued

Cash on delivery: When a refund is issued, we will refund the balance to your electronic gift card balance. Once all or part of the refund balance has been used, we are unable to transfer the outstanding refund balance back to your bank account.
Refund Without Return
Al Apodeixi may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you are not required to send your item back for a refund, you will be notified by a Customer Service Associate.
